1:1 Somatic & Intuitive Support
Magic isn’t out there somewhere. It’s here - in our bodies, our relationships, and the world around us.
And sometimes life gets loud enough that it becomes difficult to hear what we already know.
We can lose touch with our bodies, our intuition, our desires, and our sense of direction. We can find ourselves stuck in patterns that once helped us survive but no longer fit. We may know something needs to change without knowing how to move toward it.
Somatics offers a way to slow down and pay attention to what is happening in the body - not as something to fix, but as a source of information.
In our sessions, we may work with sensation, movement, awareness, intuition, and energy to explore what is happening in real time. The aim isn't to override your experience or make something disappear. It's to develop a clearer relationship with yourself and more choice in how you respond to what life brings.
This is 1:1 Somatic & Intuitive Support: a grounded, relational space for building self-trust, navigating change, and staying connected to yourself.
I bring presence, curiosity, somatic practice, intuitive perception, and lived experience. You bring your own experience, wisdom, and agency. We work alongside each other.
Sometimes I may reflect something I'm noticing. Sometimes we'll slow down and follow a sensation. Sometimes movement or energy work may offer another way in. Sometimes what is most useful is simply having space to think, feel, speak, or be witnessed without needing to arrive anywhere in particular.
I don't see myself as the person who knows what you need. You are the authority on your own experience. My role is to help you notice more, explore what's possible, and strengthen your ability to listen to yourself.
This work is practical and mystical at once. It can support you in becoming more at home in your body, clearer about your boundaries, more confident in your communication, and more connected to what matters to you.
I draw on my intuitive abilities, lived experience, somatic practice, and spiritual guidance. Each session unfolds in real time, responding to what you bring that day rather than following a predetermined formula.
You don't have to have it all figured out before you begin. Bring what's here. We'll work with it together.
The Death card in Tarot is a symbol of endings, transformation, and the shifts that make room for something new. In the card, a child in blue looks up at Death without fear, holding flowers to their face - a quiet image of meeting change with openness rather than resistance.
This is an energy I return to in my work: the willingness to face what is changing, listen to what it asks of us, and move forward with clarity, presence, and courage.
The trees and sky are reminders of two qualities I return to in my work: groundedness and spaciousness. Trees stand rooted in the earth while still moving with the wind. Above them, the sky stretches wide and open, offering perspective, clarity, and room to breathe.
Together, they offer a simple image for the kind of presence I value: rooted without being rigid, open without losing your center, and steady enough to move with what life brings.

I offer sessions both virtually and outdoors in nature.
Outdoor sessions: I offer sessions at a park in Glendale. Being in nature gives us space to slow down, get grounded, and connect with our senses and surroundings. Outdoor sessions can offer a different kind of spaciousness - an opportunity to move, notice, and work with what’s present.

I usually recommend starting weekly so there’s enough continuity to build momentum and get familiar with the work. Biweekly sessions can also work well depending on your schedule, budget, and what feels sustainable for you.
Over time, the frequency can change depending on what you're working on and what feels useful. We might move to biweekly, monthly, or as-needed sessions, or return to a more frequent rhythm when something new comes up. There’s no set timeline - you and I can adjust the pace as we go.

I offer a sliding scale, following the example of my teachers and a longstanding tradition of making healing and community care more accessible. The sliding scale allows people to contribute according to their circumstances and capacity while helping make this work available to a wider range of people.
As a guideline, the standard contribution for a 1:1 session is $111.11. You are welcome to contribute more or less depending on your circumstances.
If you're unsure what amount is appropriate for you, we can talk about it. The goal is to find a contribution that is sustainable for you while also honoring the value of the work.

Yes. I welcome trades. Reach out and tell me about yourself, your work, and the kind of trade you have in mind. From there, we can see if it’s a good fit.
