1:1 Companionship
Magic isn’t out there somewhere. It’s here — in our bodies, our relationships, and the world around us.
But when our nervous systems are carrying too much old weight, it can feel hard to sense it.
When we’re overloaded by unprocessed experiences, our capacity for joy, connection, and belonging shrinks. Our bodies tighten. Our inner signals get fuzzy. We start to feel cut off from what we most want.
Somatics is the practice of connecting with your body to release tension, process experiences, and expand your capacity to feel. In our sessions, we use movement, sensation, and energy awareness to help your nervous system settle and open. My work helps you clear and re‑pattern that weight. Through somatic practice, energy work, and attuned presence, we create space inside you for more aliveness, clarity, and grounded connection.
I call this 1:1 Companionship — a relational, intuitive space where you’re not doing the work alone. It’s my unique blend of somatic coaching, energy healing, and peer support. Authenticity and attunement are at the center of it.
I work as a mirror and a container. Like a clear body of water, I reflect what’s here in you — not to judge or fix, but to help you see yourself more clearly. Like a steady shoreline, I hold a shape that lets your own movement find its flow. Together we create a space where your nervous system can feel safe enough to open.
This is practical and mystical work at once. It reconnects you with your senses, your boundaries, and your inner guidance so you can feel more at home in your own body — and more connected to the people and the world around you.
You deserve to feel deeply, and you deserve to feel safe while doing it.
I draw on my intuitive abilities, my lived experience, and the support of guides and ancestors to meet you where you are. Each session unfolds in real time, guided by what your system needs that day.
We don’t just talk about healing — we practice it. Side by side. In the water together.
The Death card in Tarot is a guide in our 1:1 Companionship work. It shows us how to navigate endings, transformation, and the shifts that lead to growth. In the card, a child in blue looks up at Death without fear, holding flowers to their face — a quiet strength that embraces what’s coming. This is the energy we cultivate together: facing change with clarity, presence, and courage.
The trees and sky are guides in our sessions, showing us stability, perspective, and expansiveness. These trees stand tall and unshakable, their roots deep in the earth, grounded through even the strongest winds. The sky above stretches wide and open, offering clarity, depth, and space to move. Together, they model the steadiness and presence we cultivate in 1:1 Companionship.

I offer sessions both virtually and outdoors in nature.
Outdoor sessions: I hold sessions outdoors at a park in Glendale. Being in nature offers a steady, grounding presence and reminds us of the energy and rhythm around us. Experiencing a session outdoors can be energizing, clarifying, and deeply restorative.

I usually recommend starting weekly. This creates a steady rhythm, helping us tune into your body and get aligned with its natural flow. Biweekly can also work well, depending on your schedule, budget, or what feels manageable.
Over time, as your goals shift and your nervous system strengthens, you may need sessions less frequently. At that point, we can move to biweekly, monthly, or on an as-needed basis, keeping the rhythm that supports your growth and presence.

I offer a sliding scale, following the footsteps of my teachers in the lineage of traditional healers who serve their communities. Traditionally, healers were seen as family and nurturers of the community. People offered what they could — money, food, or small gifts — based on their means and intention. In the same way, your contribution reflects both your capacity and your intention to engage fully in the work. No one is ever turned away from receiving support. My work as a healing companion draws on these teachings to support transformation and presence.
