Relational Attunement
Conflict and disagreement can overwhelm our nervous systems. When we have the skills to navigate these moments, they don’t have to be destabilizing.
Relational Attunement is somatically attuned, intuitive work that helps you stay grounded and present when conflict arises. I hold space for you — and for the energy between you and your loved ones — so that you can notice what’s happening, orient yourself, and respond instead of reacting.
In this work, we focus on attuning to relational energy. You’ll learn how to sense your own nervous system, the nervous systems of the people you care about, and the energy that emerges between you. Together, we develop the capacity to notice who is carrying what, distinguish your energy from others’, and maintain your own stability in challenging moments.
We practice these skills live in session, so your body experiences them first-hand. Somatic practice and intuitive attunement strengthen your ability to stay grounded, communicate clearly, and navigate relational tension with presence.
This isn’t therapy or mediation. It’s relational skill in action — an embodied, energetic approach to managing conflict, increasing capacity, and co-creating connection. We focus on practice, not perfection: learning to ride the waves of relational energy rather than being swept away by them.
I use my intuitive abilities and my skill as a mirror to reflect the energy in the room. I track patterns, notice shifts, and guide you through moments where your nervous system or the relational field becomes stuck. Our spirit guides, ancestors, and teachers (both yours and mine) support this process, helping us navigate toward clarity, alignment, and connection.
This work allows you to:
Stay grounded in your own energy during challenging moments
Understand and navigate the energy between you and your loved ones
Communicate from presence, not panic
Expand your capacity to hold multiple nervous systems at once
Strengthen connection while reducing overwhelm
Relational Attunement transforms conflict into opportunity — for clarity, alignment, and even relational magic.
The Empress and Emperor are guides in our Relational Attunement sessions. The Empress models ease, abundance, and the power of grounded nurture — she is confident, connected to her body, and comfortable in her own presence. Water flows behind her, reminding us of emotional clarity and receptivity.
The Emperor brings anchoring and structure. He shows us how to hold space firmly while staying attuned — how to be steady in our energy even when the field around us shifts.
Together, they teach us balance: nurturing without losing ourselves, and holding structure without rigidity. In our sessions, we draw on these energies to navigate relational tension, strengthen attunement, and build clarity in the space between people.
The red flowers are guides in Relational Attunement work. Red carries the energy of power and presence, moving at a steady, grounding pace. This pace helps us stay connected to ourselves while extending awareness to others. The flowers teach us to remain rooted, steady, and strong, even as we tune in to the energy of those we care about. They remind us that we can hold power, warmth, and attunement all at once.

I offer sessions both virtually and outdoors in nature.
Outdoor sessions: I hold sessions outdoors at a park in Glendale. Being in nature offers a steady, grounding presence and reminds us of the energy and rhythm around us. Experiencing a session outdoors can be energizing, clarifying, and deeply restorative.

Relational Attunement work combines 1:1 sessions with relational sessions where we practice attuning to one another together. We start with 1:1 sessions to connect with each person’s goals, needs, and intentions for the relationship. Most people can get clarity in a single session each, though some may need additional time to fully orient.
From there, we move into relational sessions, where we practice staying grounded, attuned, and present in the shared energy between you. I recommend committing to at least 4–8 relational sessions, depending on the goals we uncover in the initial 1:1s.
Throughout the work, we continue 1:1 check-ins as needed, so we can adjust our approach and make sure each person’s needs are met and integrated into the relational field.
Once a set is complete, we reflect together on how our goals have been met. Additional sets can be scheduled to continue deepening attunement and expanding capacity. Most people reach their relational goals in 1–3 sets.
Example for a couple (two people):
Week 1: 1:1 session with each person to set goals
Week 2: 1st relational session
Week 3: 2nd relational session
Week 4: 1:1 check-ins to tune into individual progress
Week 5: 3rd relational session
Week 6: 4th relational session
Week 7: 1:1 check-ins to reflect on the set and set intentions for the next

I offer a sliding scale, following the footsteps of my teachers in the lineage of traditional healers who serve their communities. Traditionally, healers were seen as family and nurturers of the community. People offered what they could — money, food, or small gifts — based on their means and intention. In the same way, your contribution reflects both your capacity and your intention to engage fully in the work. No one is ever turned away from receiving support. My work as a healing companion draws on these teachings to support transformation and presence.
